Dell case study (Nexus)
I was the lead writer on the Dell EMEA account while working at Metia Ltd, an award-winning digital marketing agency. As well as creating a Dell Style Guide used by agencies across the region, I played a key role in delivering Dell's customer evidence programme. This included interviewing Dell customers, producing case studies like this one, writing blog posts, and advising on scripts and Q&As for videos. I also trained external freelancers, set up an extranet for Dell copywriters and co-launched a dual-language case study programme.
