I've edited, sub-edited and proofread a huge range of copy, from email campaigns to funding applications. I have also deputy edited a biotech magazine – commissioning articles, overseeing quality control, flatplanning and more.

Emily Dickinson: Selected Poems

Folio Society edition of Emily Dickinson poems - proofread against copy (2016). This proofread focused on checking line breaks and spelling, and ensuring that the poet's idiosyncratic approach to punctuation and capitalisation remained intact. 

Black Mischief – Folio edition

Folio Society edition of Evelyn Waugh's satiric novel - blind proofread (2016). Here I had to quickly develop a sense of the author's sparse, unusual style in order to avoid erroneous amends. 

Anne of Avonlea – Folio edition 

L.M. Montgomery's sequel to Anne of Green Gables. The Folio Society commissioned me to carry out a blind proofread of the text for this new edition.
